Paypal Not Listing all Banks

So this morning i've received funds from my wallet, but when I go to withdraw them to my bank, it's only allowing withdrawal to a lloyds credit card. Why what is going on? Previously I was able to withdraw to my main bank Starling, which is set as my preferred bank, or to First Direct my backup bank. I do not want to be withdrawing to a credit card. What would be the point. Does anyone have any clues please or is this going to involve a ridiculous phone call, when they're eventually available. Many Thanks for any help.  NB. I should add Starling Bank worked perfectly well on the 1st Dec for an instant transfer. Now whilst it still listed on my details, it's not listed as one to add, and won't appear as a withdrawal option. No idea why. Monzo another fintech bank is there as a choice!

Yes, same here. I want to make an instant withdrawal to my bank account and it's not showing? I have two different bank accounts registered with my account and neither are there. Only a credit card.

What's going on, PayPal? I wanted to withdraw my money and use it today!

Thanks Trisha and Skibbler. At least I know it's not just me. Can't say I'm looking forward to the interminable phone call, but it looks like it's going to have to be made.

Same problem with RBS. My account totally disappeared so I added the bank again, it shows up on my list of linked accounts but when I go to withdraw the bank is not there as an option. This is the same bank account I have used with paypal for 10+ years. Can`t get in touch with anyone at paypal.

I'm getting nowhere with them either. Sat with phone to my ear for over 20 minutes now, waiting for an agent listening to interminably awful music. I'm afraid I'm giving up at 8.30am. If anyone finds an answer please post to let us all know. Thanks.

 

Finally someone answered, but we have no answer I'm afraid. Has been referred to "back office" as it's obviously some technical glitch. I did tell him that I wasn't the only person, and it wasn't just my two current account banks but involved others as well. We can only hope that it will get fixed at some point.

Same here - all my Co Op accounts are now listed as 'not eligible'! I take some comfort that others are having issues and it seems like a glitch rather than some radical policy update! Hope it gets resolved soon - need the funds!!
