I cann't add it as a payment method. I just wonder is it a known issue and nobody cann't use a TD credit card as a payment method or i am just being banned from paypal?
Paypal does not accept all cards so you may get the message the card is declined. If the Visa you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you may need to try another card.
