I have my preferred balance set for PayPal Balance and was under the assumption that if I did not have a balance or enough of one I would be prompted to choose one of my several payment methods. Over the last few weeks I have not had a balance in the account and payment has been automatically pulled from a bank account without first giving a choice of the several payment methods I have in my wallet. How do I fix this. I want the money first to come out of the available balance and then have the system ask me which one of several payment methods I have that I want to use at that moment
