Transfer Funds from PayPal to FNB Bank Account

My PayPal account is declining a debit card I made with FNB. When I try to link my FNB account to my PayPal using the FNB App, it tells me that I still need to verify my PayPal account. I have verified EVERYTHING but PayPal won't accept the card I have supplied. It tells me to "contact my card issuer or try a different card". How do I transfer my funds from PalyPal to my FNB Bank?

Can I verify using someone elses card then use my own card to transfer funds to my own? Also, Im living in South Africa. I dont know if that matters or not.

I know you live in S.A which is why I said you have to verify with a credit card (in your country).

You can't add someone else's financial information to your legal Paypal account, firstly the billing address has to match your Paypal account address and secondly it may result in you getting a Paypal ban as its against Paypal rules to do that so not advisable.
