When to reach Customer Support service for customers in the Philippines?

I have concerns regarding a few debit cards on my PayPal which I would like to raise to PayPal's customer support service. The problem, however, is that I am from the Philippines and I'm unaware of what time I could get ahold of a CS Agent to respond to my concern. What would be the timeframe by which I could get in touch with one if I am from the Philippines (GMT+8, Manila Time)?

Thank you for your post. Our customer service hours for the Philippines are as follows, Mon - Fri 4:00 AM PST to 10:00 PM PST Sat - Sun 6:00 AM PST to 8:00 PM PST.
If you go to the help and contact us section and choose the option to "call us" you will see the hours listed there too.
