Why can't i link my bank of America account, it used to be liked for auto pay?

I cant seem to link my Bank Of America account. The same account used to be linked. Bank of America is on the list of banks that can be used, but the message keeps reading this bank can not be linked.  Im trying to set up auto pay.

I am sorry to know the trouble you're facing while adding your bank account. You can’t link a bank account to more than 3 PayPal accounts over its lifetime.
