debit card issue

Hello,

I created a PayPal account and successfully added a debit card. However, I accidentally closed my account. Then, I recreated my account using the same email. When I tried to add my debit card again, it wouldn’t allow me, stating that the card is linked to another account. But the card isn’t linked to any other account.

Please help me resolve this issue.

So did you remove the card before you closed the account? If not then it will be still linked to the old account.

If it is then only customer services can remove it for you.
