help linking usaa account

i've been trying to find ways to link my usaa account to my paypal with no success. please help!!!

We are sorry to hear that you are unable to add your bank account to PayPal. Some banks are not compatible for use with PayPal. This may include most online-only or prepaid bank accounts.
