i cant link my payoneer US Bank account with my paypal business

hi guys while having troubles with paypal customer service not answering my call , i hope that someone can help me

i tried linking my payoneer us bank account but i get this error : This account needs a little help to link it. Contact us and we can help with that, or you can link a different account.

Ignore this person @Adebudo  probably a scam as they are posting this on differing topic threads and wanting you to contact them privately...you end up paying normally. If they could help they would post it on here...........they have been reported.

As for your question...........

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.

Thank you sir so from what I understand, it’s impossible for a non US resident to use paypal for business ? We can’t use virtual bank accounts + can’t add a foreign bank account Right ?
