im from egypt and i wanna pay a course from coursera

im from egypt and i have easy pay visa from egypt post 

and I linked my card to Paypal and every time I try to pay a course in coursera with Paypal the transaction fails and I couldn't pay the course 

so why that happened and If anyone know how to solve the problem ?

You may need to add and confirm a visa credit card in your country as a funding source and to verify your paypal account.
