my debit card blocked!

When I was confirm my debit card, I entered the confirm code false, and the system blocked the debit card, and the money has been charged from the account, now what I should do to refund the money, and confirm the debit card?

Did you wait the 2-3 business days for the code to show as per link?

If so how did you manage to enter a 4 digit code incorrectly?
