I'm not able to add a card it says "card declined" However I have enough money in my bank. I've contacted my bank and they said everything is fine and that there weren't any charges that were declined. It's a debit card issued in the EEA(European Economic Area) which matches my account and my PayPal currency.

To add your card to your PayPal account, the information on your PayPal account must match with the information on file with the card-issuing bank. Any small discrepancy in a name, address, or anything else can cause the card to be rejected. There are some cards that are not compatible with PayPal system which includes most online or prepaid cards. You can find the possible reasons for the card decline and the tips to link your card here.

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

PayPal literally depends on your luck it sometimes work and sometimes doesn't. It worked a hour ago but now it's gone again because i've tried adding a new card.
