Recently I did a transaction on eBay that I was a seller and I sold extra quantity on the same lot of merchandise. After buyer received and inspected shipment, he sent me a message to let me know that one the item was a different model. I told him to keep it and also issued a refund for one unit. He was happy and left me a positive feedback on eBay for the transaction. Should Paypal release my 'pending fund' (the remaining balance) to make it available for withdraw? Or should I wait until pre-determined date by Paypal? Has anyone run into this before? Thanks.
it usually takes up to 24 hours for funds to be released on paypal after the buyer left a feedback on ebay. if you want it to be released immediately, call paypal.
if your balance is pending because of an open dispute, ask the buyer to close the dispute.
