WHY DO I NEED TO PUT IN A DEBIT/CREDIT CARD WHEN PURCHASING ITEMS WITH PAYPAL

I HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS AND I CAN'T EVEN BUY SOMETHING THAT COSTS A DOLLAR WITHOUT PAYPAL ASKING ME TO PUT IN A CREDIT CARD/ DEBIT CARD NUMBER IN CASE OF LACK OF FUNDS.

I JUST WANNA PURCHASE THINGS WITH PAYPAL WITH THE MONEY THATS IN THERE. I DO NOT WANT MY CARDS AND PAYPAL TO BE LINKED.

I, sincerely have entered more than enough information, what it's going On . If you asked for a pure Credit card acct. my DOB, Address , Last 4 , My dear God!, I don't feel to link my Most card Acct or a Checking Acct. into this business,

this is for real I'm not a criminal, you can ask I'm not intending to take advantage of PayPals, the last time I been on this site you even asked for my Credit Report to the Agencies, without my consent, and this is not right, at least you can ask me first if it's okay to do that, We are good people, but I guest you are protecting me and yourself, but this is enough, I will buy it with credit card, and you will get pay for it then you pay the sellers . And please for nothing in the world share my acct. and my profile and credit information, this can be absolutely dangerous , but I will keep your records , just in case. As you know things slip out of our hands sometimes, and crook activity can happen .

deal or not deal !

thank

Thanks for the link:   I had a similar problem.  Paypal is requesting my personal checking account. or I have a choice of opening a Paypal Credit Card.  All I wanted to do is pay for an item I purchased on Ebay for $29.

here is what i sent them

this company froze access to my funds in their account i use them for payments i receive from ebay but im not aloud to have the funds until 21 days after the sale to make sure the customer likes the item i would like to see sears start doing that take home a washer/dryer combo and use it for 3 weeks then ill pay you how about car dealers it just isnt good business practice to hurt the seller like that this is unethical and unjust just like i cant even accept any other form of payment other then paypal since ebay bought them the term monopoly comes to my mind if my money is frozen so i cant get to it then why does ebay/paypal still take their fees from it because they dont care what happens to the seller these companies need to be seriously looked into hard and in depth as to what they are doing

contacted my congressman and senators heres the letter I would to bring to your attention some unfair business practices of Paypal/Ebay they have routinely and consistently freeze the money in accounts and want every credit card and bank account you have listed linked to the account so they can access in-case of an issue it started when my Ebay account had higher then usual sales my vendor was having issues with his payment gateway so i issued everyone refunds nothing wrong with that its the correct thing to do but not to Paypal/Ebay they froze it stating suspicious activity and wont release the funds for 180 days this is unethical behavior and unjust they have also froze funds for 21 days after the buyer has received the item they have purchased to see if they return it because they don't like it which makes no logical sense would sears or GM let you take a washer or a car home for 21 days to see if you like it and if not you can return it for a full refund i don't think so . I had a big purchase from a customer for $1400 which is frozen in the account when i issued his refund Paypal seemed fit to take it from my bank account which only had $200 in it hence it is now overdrawn and i had bank fees added on top of that why couldn't they take it from the funds available in the frozen account .Paypal isn't going to reimburse me those fees and yet they are going to attempt to withdraw the money again I don't know when my personal account became their property Ebay also only allows you to accept payment from Paypal no other sources are accepted or allowed Ebay owns Paypal which isn't wrong but it has to violate anti-trust laws since they don't allow any other form of payment there are other people who this has happened to and the Paypal forums are full of these type of issues and here is one link to such forum https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/eBay/From-Now-On-I-Am-Not-Going-To-Ship-Items-If-Funds-Are-On-Ho... can you please look in on this i also filed a complaint with the FTC and the Better Business Bureau Along with messages to Sen Casey and Sen Specter

Paypal just enjoys **bleep**ing everyone over for kicks and giggles. Once I found out that I couldn't use my funds to buy anything, I thought "Ok, I will just send over the money to my parents paypal account." Guess what? I can't send any funds whatsoever to anything because I don't have a credit card/debit/bank account linked to my account. None of those things to do I have. Now I have money that is worth exactly $0.00 because it will never be usable unless I get an online bank account or a **bleep** credit card.

All thank paypal for being one big scam.
