I haven't used ebay or paypal in some time. I just sold some heavy items. I have a ups account that is still active. I remember there used to be shipping discounts if you used paypal to ship through ups. Is this still true?
I just compared UPS official site against Paypal for shipping costs and there was no different both costs to ship were Identical. I trust UPS more than Paypal..so I always go thru them to get my shipping labels.
