Hi, the button is a hosted button. This behavior happens when the amount is not found, then the system ask for it to the buyer/customer. Check inside the button settings in your PayPal profile that the amount is present. The URL has the amount appended but the amount is retrieved by your hosted buttons settings, try not to pass the amount in the URL as you already have it in the hosted button settings.

Hi Kiminnc, there are 2 ways that your checkout includes a shipping fee: 1) it is set up in your PayPal profile, in this case log-in into your PayPal account and click on the link below to check if you set any automatic shipping fee for your checkout: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_profile-shipping Consider also that the automatic shipping fee is only applied for the standard PayPal buttons (not for ExpressCheckout). Check this link for references: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/admin/checkout-settings/#id08A9EK090C4 2) You are passing a shipping variable into your button/integration. To check it also depend if you are using a standard button or ExpressCheckout. If you are using standard buttons then the variable to check into your button code is: shipping. While if you are using ExpressCheckout check for the variable PAYMENTREQUEST_n_SHIPPINGAMT (Ref.: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/api/merchant/SetExpressCheckout_API_Operation_NVP/ ) If you see any value passed to this variable in your code then cancel it as it means you are passing a shipping fee to apply.

Hi Isburhans, to download a year end statement you can check on the Report area of your profile. Simply log-in into your PayPal profile and click on Report on the top of the page or the direct link https://business.paypal.com/merchantdata/reportHome On the left side of the page you can find different reports type and you can select for example the monthly statement or the monthly financial summary depending on your needs.

Hi pvanthony, the warning emails about IPN are always related to some error in the delivery of the IPN notification to your server. For some reason your server can't receive the PayPal IPN notification. You should analyze your server error_log in order to find the reason of this error. Usually are HTTP errors like 500, 404, 503. Also check in your IPN history the error receive, please folow this guide: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/ipn/integration-guide/IPNOperations/ About the activation of IPN per transaction you could disable the notify URL in your profile and set a different value in the notify_url variable in each of your buttons. When a buyer will click on that button then the system will consider the notify_url specified in that button only. If you don't pass any notify_url variable in the button code and IPN is disabled from your profile then no IPN will be triggered.

Hi 75ChromeShop, ExpressCheckout process all the parameters that are passed from your module/website, like for example the amount and the shipping costs. If you see the shipping costs in your website, the screenshot you attached, it does not mean that this value is passed to ExpressCheckout. If you open a request ticket we can check your API calls and see if all the parameters are correctly passed.
