Hi @ShadowRevan20    If the status of the original payments you sent are completed but your seller said that they initiated it March 26, it is possible that they sent the refund as a new payment. In this case, I suggest getting back to your seller and ask if they sent it to your email address or phone number. If they sent it to the same email address registered to your account, kindly have it confirmed to receive it. If they sent it to your phone number, kindly have your phone confirmed to received it. If they sent it to an incorrect email address that doesn’t exist, have the seller cancel the transaction and advise them to issue a refund. I have provided the steps below, that you can forward to your seller on how to refund the original payments you sent.   Here's how to refund a payment: Click Activity at the top of the page. Select the payment you want to refund. Click Refund this payment. Under "Total Refund Amount," enter the amount you want to refund (you may have the option to refund a partial amount of the payment), and then click Issue Refund (you'll be directed to a page confirming that your refund has been sent). Hi @ShadowRevan20    You've said in the original post that your "bank is trying to help, but says all PayPal has to do is refund it! "   Your refund will initially go back to the PayPal balance before being auto swept back to the original funding source (bank). It may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to appear on your bank account.   Is it possible that you're still within the 5 business days and that's why you can't see the refund?   I know this isn't a conciliation, but you must remember what was the reason you've had to cancel this payment - the COVID-19 pandemic.   We have taken action as COVID-19 has spread, to protect the physical well-being and financial security of our employees so that they are in a position to care for their health while also supporting our customers. The issue is, especially in light of the COVID-19 precautions PayPal is taking, if the refund does not show immediately as stated it would there is currently to my knowledge nothing that can be done. A PayPal employee would advise ‘contact us’ yet phone lines are turned off and the message center chat method (in my experience) is a lost cause. How can they do so? Only option thanks to COVID-19 precautions now is the message center chat function but no responses. By all indications the entire customer service function is shut down.
