Through the Message Center, you're also able to validate customer service emails that you may consider suspicious. This way, you can trust that the communications you're receiving are from us. When you reply to us through the Message Center, you’re also able to upload files if needed. Hi @Sheogoroth Hope these steps helps. To start using PayPal Shipping, click the Activity tab. Find the relevant transaction and click Print shipping label. Choose a shipping carrier and click Continue. Review the "Ship From" and "Ship To" addresses on the "Create Your Shipping Label" page and make any edits, if needed. Enter the required information under "Shipment Information" and "Shipment Options" and click Continue. Review your information for accuracy and click Pay and Continue. Click Print Label, which will appear in a separate pop-up window. After you print the label, you'll see "Label Completed." If you need to update the address you’re shipping from, your shipping carrier preferences, return labels or other details, visit the PayPal Shipping Information page. Shipping rates Your shipping rates are how much you charge customers to ship their items. For single items, you can use flat-rate shipping. When customers order more than one item, you can charge an incremental shipping fee. For more complex shipping rates, you can use the PayPal Shipping Calculator. You can use the Search feature at the top of the page to help you. Click the Details link in the Details column of the payment. Click the Reprint Label link. Click Print Label. Here's how to reprint a label from your email account: Go to the email account that you registered on your PayPal account. Find the email from PayPal about your shipping label. Hi @ErnieR Generally, if you receive a transaction notification on your email but is not shown on your PayPal account, that may be an attempt of an unauthorized access. To check your transactions: From your PayPal app, here's how to check the status of a payment: Scroll down to Your activity near the bottom of the screen. Here you will see your most recent transactions. To see more, tap the arrow next to Your activity. To filter your transactions, tap the icon in the top right corner. From your computer, here's how: Your most recent activity will appear on the Summary page under Recent activity. To see more transactions, click the arrow next to Recent activity or click Activity at the top of the page. You can filter your transactions by clicking the Filters link next to the search bar at the top of the page.  The status of your transaction will be listed below the recipients' name.
