im havig this problem too today, I have tried over 50 times to update a tracking number to provide proof of postage against a claim and every time the page says something went wrong try again! iv been trying to get through to PayPal support for over 3 hours with nothing!!! we only have a limited amount of time to submit evidence before a case is closed so how the heck are we supposed to!? ... Thanks @stansstamps1 .   I have emailed a complaint form through to them hopefully someone will come back to me. It is ridiculous that so may of us are having this issue and they are not doing anything to resolve it. I run the risk of losing 400GBP and in my case I dont have an item to return as I was scammed.
