Hello. This is my first time using Paypal, so I got trouble. At the step of check-out of my online order, I chose payment by Paypal. At that time, I didn't have paypal account, so I went to paypal.com and created an account. Next, I came back to the website to finish my order. My bank informed that my money was deducted via Paypal (using my credit card). However, it's over 7 days from the payment date and I didn't received any either receipt or transaction ID to show the seller. It seems like no any transaction happend in the activities form my account. I tried contact Paypal Customer Service but automatic replies don't help. At the time of payment, my credit card was not verified until after several days from the payment date. I do not know whether verifying my card is compulsory or not. If so, I doubt that card verification is the reason that my payment gets trouble? Does anyone can help me what should I do now? Thank you
