I'm guessing not Borgs, other than perhaps providing information as to why they are seemingly unable to answer queries on the Message centre for the past few days. I understand the lower staff numbers, but like all of us, we are working from home and I am sure they are able to also. I am in danger of losing several sales, as well as a reputational loss as I am unable to fulfil all of the orders received due to Paypal not allowing me to withdraw funds. All the documentation they requested has been provided, yet still nothing and the fact I am unable to speak to anyone about it doesn't fill me with confidence right now.
