I do goods and services for COD 2019 practice bot lobbies. This guy paid and sent me $50, I gave him the full service and a few days later I see I'm -$70. Turns out there's a dispute open and PayPal also took $20 and won't give it back unless they side with me. There is no message from him, and I gave my defense however there's no way for me to prove it. I have a few questions.
1. It says:
"After reviewing the info we received, we were unable to cover the payment in this case. However, we might be able to recover this from the buyer's financial institution.
Once we file a case on your behalf with the buyer's financial institution, it could take up to 75 days to get a resolution. If we're able to recover the payment of $51.75 USD, we'll refund the money to your PayPal balance." Does this mean he called his bank, and if so am I likely **bleep**, and gonna lose $70?
