I had the same problem. An item supposedly shipped from China (during the Covid19 shutdown) and PayPal paid the company. I have never received the item which was supposed to be a gift for my daughter's birthday and Mother's Day. It may not seem like a lot of money to anyone else, but I use PayPal because I believed they had my back and that my purchases would be secure. Not true. Like any other corporation all they care about is whether they get their money. Well, it's not their money it's mine and you can be I will be posting on Facebook about this fraudulent practice.
