The worst company I have ever dealt with. Waited almost 2 months to get them. No replies...lots of runarounds. I purchased 4 coffee mug warmers=$80. None of them keep **bleep** warm and shut themselves off after 5 minutes and won't turn back on for who knows when. I have sent numerous emails through PayPal and directly to SheSwish. I never got my money back. This was over a year ago. I will never order ANYTHING from them again. Good luck!
