Hello, I've recently made my account but have already verified it and activated my account and wanted to check if it's normal that when I go to the app at Request Money I get a message that says I'm "not eligible to request money right now"? Why is that? And the other one is when a friend of mine wanted to send me money from US he couldn't send money to me with the option of "send money to friends or family" but only the option of products good and services payment. Why could that be? An answer to this would be appreciated. Thank you
