To move this issue forward, I had to call Paypal- don't bothher with the chat, its a waste of time for this issue. I was told that an internal ticket would be opened (they wouldn't provide me with at ticket number, as it was an internal ticket).[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]idering this should be about a 3 minute task, that seems a bit long. This seems to be quite an oversight- a very simple few lines of code could have automated statements for these four states.
