I just finished developing a website which uses Paypal payment gateway, I tested with the sandbox everything is working fine. Then I went to test live, I told my friend to make a purchase of few dollars, he was charged by amount $4.5 from credit card and hasn't received transaction notification email from paypal. I, the merchant, haven't also received notification email regarding this, I can't see any transaction in my activity page. He logged in to his paypal account, found notification of the transaction and it is marked as void. Few minutes later, the amount was charged back to his credit card. Can someone explain how to fix this please?
