I lost $1,225 dollars. The last 4 digits on my bank account always changed when making a money transfer and never matched my real last 4 digits of bank account. All this happened with agent customer service during the call. Im having a bad and sad experience at this moment. I need help for this money to be refunded. I tried making a dispute in resolution center and add a bank statement providing confirmation of my bank account numbers but it came back as not in my favor and the last agent that provided his services mention he submitted a claim but its not been showing up on my profile on dispute center, just the one that I filled.
