I see some old posts about this but it seems to still be a problem? All I want to do is add my logo to my invoice. ANY website on EARTH makes this one of the most basic procedures, but PayPal seems to find this unimportant to merchants. I requested customer service, and not only did they not answer my question, they gave me misinformation telling me to use a LARGER logo (when in fact it seems they only allot a minuscule 50K for logo size) and seemed more concerned with closing out my job ticket. I’m a graphic designer/illustrator so this is kind of important to have a visual element on my invoice. Worse, what appears on my invoices is an icon of pictures - the symbol of ‘missing file’ which I CAN’T remove. So I look like I don’t know what I’m doing- which I don’t- but not for lack of banging my head on my desk. Anyone have any RECENT info on this- since the info articles I’ve found do not include the updated platform. THANK YOU. And if anyone from PayPal is out there- you might want to improve on this feature.
