I have the same issue & need to change it for the same reason. I've tried multiple times to do the same, without success. How many documents are required, as it states 3, then only lists 2? ----------------------------------------------- Update your contact name Simply upload 3 documents to confirm the legal name and information of your business contact. This information will be kept securely encrypted. Photo ID You can use your driving licence, passport or any other government-issued photo ID. Document on your business letterhead Include the primary email address, current name, address and phone number registered in the PayPal account. Provide the new business contact name and the reason for the change. ----------------------------------------------- I've just tried again, uploading 2,as it throws an error if I upload 3, so fingers crossed.....
