Hi today i bought a pre-paid mastecard gift card. To see if it would work i created a paypal account to test it. Test account Was not working so i closed Test account. Now trying another option adding the card to my paypal account that i have for a long time. But its saying the card is linked to another paypal account ? I deleted the Test account and was not even able to go through the whole process of adding the card. Does the funds were deleted with the closure of the Test account ?
