I already contacted customer service before posting this message but the solution provided was not sufficient. in fact, they told me that updates are in progress on the application and that is why certain features do not work. This is an answer that could be given to any problem. it's not professional. This feature has existed for years, it's not normal that it doesn't work normally. Can someone do some testing and let me know if they can reproduce the problem? Has someone already had this problem ?
