I setup my Chase Ultimate Rewards and PayPal and I wanted YouTube TV to charge PayPal and Use my Ultimate Rewards Points for the transaction but it didn't. It just charged my Chase Credit card that is linked to my PayPal Account?

I called chase they weren't any help then I called PayPal Support but they didn't know what I was talking about.
