Same issue here, i have used paypay for 10 years and the pay in 4 option for numerous transactions always paid in full and never missing one payment, one day it stopped showing up even when the option was available, trying to get any answerers from paypal was a nightmare, i put 3 complaints in and never had a response to any of them, trying to find alternate to paypal as their customer service is a complete waste of time.
