I had the same for $0.00 PHP and just assumed they were a scam. I even reported a couple of them, but Paypal didn't do anything about it (as far as I know). Now Paypal just limited my account permanently !!?? I am using Paypal to make payments only, never to receive payments. And now that my account has been limited, I can't get in touch with anyone from Paypal, that's just ridiculous. To those landing on this thread, don't do like me and let these pass by thinking Paypal is doing their job, as you will be the one getting banned. If anyone was able to revert this decision by Paypal, please let me know. Thanks
