one year later, i'm dealing with this. uninstalled & reinstalled, restarted phone, etc. it's driving me nuts. i can't do ANY paypal business via mobile. i have to keep telling clients i will invoice them or send them their payment when i'm back in the office. drives me mad. paypal takes such a huge percentage of my payments. the least they can do is make the app functional in the least bit.
