I've had the same issue - when using the PAY in 4 - it won't work (same issue with Big Lots) I use my paypal pay in 4 constantly - so I know it's not on their end. Holiday season is NOT the time for glitches like this to happen. It's Bath & Body works loss - I'll shop elsewhere - plenty of deals & sales going on!!
