It was around 3:00 AM when I was awoken by a paypal app notification that I have been charged $185 from Bytedance or Tiktok. As I was trying to find out who the culprit was, they even bought a playstation pass from G2A for $9! This is absolutely heartbreaking to me since I just recently earned my current savings from my art commissions and now they're all gone within minutes. I have filed a case to paypal and attached all my evidences and screenshots yet they immediately closed my case and said that the transactions were unauthorized! My paypal isn't even connected to ANY tiktok account and it is just so frustrating! I'm lucky that I am a light sleeper so I was able to check these things immediately. Please help me, I need to pay for my college tuition and this is all I had.
