I bought two pairs of shoes from a company called ‘Wilson Melbourne’. They were advertised as orthopaedic shoes. Before I purchased I read their return rules that I would have to pay postage if I needed to return. As the company was advertising being in Melbourne I went ahead and bought them. I was very disappointed when they arrived. Not only they were not orthopaedic but they were cheap shoes and the sizing was wrong. I wrote to them the same day I recieved them and they gave me a China address to return them. The postage to china is very expensive so I refused and asked for their Melbourne address. It has been a month and I am still trying to deal with them…. I dont know what else to do….
