Welcome to the forum, riyaz! 🙂   The fees will depend on which country the seller is in.  You can find all our fees here:   https://cms.paypal.com/al/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=ua/FeesPolicy_full&locale.x=en_US     I hope this helps!   - Frank ... View more

Hi JonnyB1978,   Welcome to the forum!    At the time of this post, the PayPal currency conversion rate is 1 USD = 0.609790  GBP .  This is updated twice a day.  So this would mean that 361.61 GBP would need to be added to get $593 USD after conversion.   If you want to find the PayPal exchange rate, you can visit the "Currency Balances" section of your profile.  I have provided instructions below.    - Log into PayPal. - Click on the "Profile" link located in the white bar just below the blue "Merchant Services" tab.  Ignore the drop down menu and click on "Profile" - Under the Financial Information column, click on "Currrency Balances" - On the right side of the page is our Currency Exchange section. - Enter an amount and currency - Click "Calculate" - The PayPal exchange will be shown in the box below   You can also visit  https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_profile-currencies to get to this section directly.   I hope this helps! 😄 - Frank ... Hi netdasher!   Thanks for joining the conversation!  I honestly can't think of anything that beats chocolate.   For US PayPal accounts, there is no limit on how much money you can receive with a Personal account.  You're right that it used to be $500 per month.  This is something we changed when we introduced Personal payments.    Great question! 😄   - Frank ... Hmmm, it's so hard for me to choose a favorite.  I like almost anything.  Right now I'm craving mexican food so I'll go with tacos. 🙂   Sushi is definitely in my top 5. ... View more

Hi rdragon,   Welcome to the community!  You would only need to have one PayPal account for all three websites.  You could create a PayPal button for each website and the payments would all go into the same PayPal balance.   If you wanted to be able to easily differentiate which payment is associated with each website, there are a few ways to do this.   I'm assuming that each of the websites will have a different item description which would help.  Something like "Donation to Site A" or "sitea.com purchase".  You could also set one of the "custom" variables in the advanced variables section under step 3 of the button creator.   Some merchants like to have a different email address on their PayPal account for each site.  Then have the buttons set to send payments to the correct email address for your site.   With the options listed above, you could see which payments are which when you download your history report from the PayPal website.   Another option would be to use IPN (Instant Payment Notifications) to notify each site of a transaction and maintain your own database to keep track of the transaction data.  www.paypal.com/ipn for more information   Lastly, you'll probably want to customize each button so that the PayPal checkout pages look different for each website.  The variables for setting the logos and color schemes can be found here: https://www.x.com/docs/DOC-1332#id08A6HI0709B   I know this is a lot of information but I hope it gives you a good place to start. 🙂   - Frank ... Hi vita10gy,   Welcome to the boards! 🙂   I'm sorry to hear about the issues you and your client have been having with guest checkout and our phone service.  I can assure you that we have high expectations for our customer service team.   It's near impossible for us to troubleshoot the issue without looking at the website or merchant PayPal account.  You've checked almost everything we would recommend.  Guest Checkout will only appear if all of the following are true:   - Merchant PayPal account must be in a country that we offer Guest checkout.  If the setting is listed under profile, then we know it should be available. - PayPal Verified Premier or Business account - PayPal Account Optional is turned on - Email address is confirmed - For Website Payments Standard the option will only appear for  Buy Now, Shopping Cart, Donation, Enhanced Recurring Payments and PayPal invoices   The option might also be missing due to the country the buyer is located in as well.   From what you've described, I would guess that the email address is not confirmed on the account.  I doubt this is something you missed but it's the only thing left to check.   Also, it doesn't matter if you use the NVP or SOAP APIs.   I hope this general information is helpful in some way.  If not, please let me know. 🙂   - Frank   ... Hi aflow,   Sorry for the confusion.  Setting the text color would not be done using the PayPal button creator.   Looking at both pages code shows that you had set the text color to gray for the entire page:   <body bgcolor="#000000" background="images/backdrop42.jpg" text="#CCCCCC" link="#0000FF" vlink="#800080" topmargin="0" leftmargin="0">   The second page looks like this:   <body bgcolor="#000000" background="images/backdrop42.jpg" text="#000000" link="#0000FF" vlink="#800080" topmargin="0" leftmargin="0"> #CCCCCC is the hex color code for gray and #000000 means black.    I'd guess there is some way to set the text color for that page using Yahoo! Site Builder or you could just modify the code directly.   I hope this helps! 😄   - Frank ... View more

Welcome radu_s, dirty_white_boy, Jesscaused, and jhonea66!   I'm sorry to hear about the issues you have been experiencing with your PayPal debit cards.  I use mine all the time so I know how convenient it can be.  I also know how embarrassing and frustrating it can be when a card is declined.   There are many different reasons why a PayPal debit card purchase would be declined.  I have checked our system and we haven't had any reports of widespread issues with the PayPal debit card recently.   Like dirty_white_boy said, the most common reason is that the card has been flagged by our security system.    I know it's been a few days since you posted so I hope the cards are working now.  If not, the best way to find out is to call the number on the back of your debit card.   I hope this information is helpful! 😄   - Frank ...
