I have the saaaaaame proooblem :s :s :s :s :s , i'm a graphic designer and i use Paypal to receive money , it was alright till i've tried to buy something from Ebay with my money , then they restricted it , and i lost my money ; the seller didn't receive the money , and it went from my account . the only way provided by Paypal , as you said ,is to add a bank card and i don't have it . what should i do ? thx and regards .
