If you're getting an error that says your card is on another account, the probability is that you established another account at some point in the past. The possibility also exists that your card was used without your knowledge. To determine which it is, give Customer Solutions a call, and they can search using your card number and find out what's what.
Click Contact Us at the bottom of any PayPal page, then click Call Us. You can either log in to get the best number to call and a webpin number to breeze through identity verification, or you can click to continue without logging in and still get a number.
