Great, I thought it was me doing something wrong. I'm in the same predicament, all funds tied up in PayPal but have quoted second class RM and want to send second class RM. Aren't the fees charged by Ebay and Paypal high enough without penalising us this way too? What is the thinking behind this? I look forward to a rapid response from Ebay and PayPal on this matter (that'll be the day!!)
