yep, I have the same problem. I have just started selling some books on ebay quoting customers royal mail second class and found out paypal only offer 1st class which is around 50 pence more expensive, so for each book i've been selling on ebay i've been loosing around 50p off of each sale. Very bad..:-( The only way I've been getting round it is to use a debit card to purchase labels through the official royal mail website and then transfer the funds from paypal into the corrosponding debit card account......Still lots of messing around and very. very poor on paypal. SORT IT OUT PAYPAL.
