So I purchased an iMac back in Sept 21st 2021, the vendor was notified that it had a faulty video card but debated it claiming it was the software, after numerous weeks of installing re installing the system Apple opened a case to bring it to a Apple store to be checked out of warranty for a fee. After the tests results I was told my computer indeed had a faulty video card and I should raise a paypal claim, which I did, but paypal closed it in December., vendor kept the computer and never returned the money! The company LoopMobile is in Ireland, very peculiar story here, we had been filing complains against loop mobile and asked paypal to extend the case time until we had enough info proving this company acted out of fraud in the French territory online from Ireland, Apple employee in a chat stated that the company loop mobile posed as a AASE store when in fact they where not, this was to say they where authorised resellers of refurbished Macs., it was at this point in December that we filed a formal complaint with ECCFR who told us to send the iMac anyway insisting they can take action if the company refuses to respect the EU laws. So what exactly did loop mobile do? In August-Sept 2021 I ordered two 21 inch iMacs via blackmarket france and a 27 inch model from loopmobile's website, I had no idea the actual vendor on the blackmarket website was also loopmobile, when the 2 21 inch iMacs came, both where the wrong models., 1x had Japanese menu, wrong year, wrong memory and HD size. 1x Had wrong yer, screen did not boot. I looked up loopmobile on Trustpilot in France and discovered complaints by French people such as they received Japanese OS with iMac, could not even navigate beyond reboot, 3 received the exact model with a black screen, we immediately returned these as we had purchased them through blackmarket.fr , upon receiving these loop mobile had the nerve to claim one of the iMacs where not in the box, stolen, returned with junk in the box.. they showed us photos and claimed they are contacting police etc etc, how ever they where caught lying. LoopMobile the scam artists reported to trust pilot who asked for all the police-letters to prosecutors etc had claimed that the computer missing was a 27 inch model not 21 inch, latest greatest but when they checked the receipts and found out that loop mobile had been shipping out wrong models and have a history of deception they had no case... https://www.trustpilot.com/review/loop-mobile.co.uk?stars=1 Now during August 2022 Apple insist to file a police report and again letters to prosecutors offering to assist if paypal or other sources do not come through Is there anyway paypal can refund me on this item that was clearly stolen later is the question, these are professional scammers who worked timely accurate around paypal's system..
