I'm new to this and I'm willing to through in a suggestion... I don't know if it will help but i will give it a try? I think just from reading what your post says,that fact 1 you have a good relationship with seller. fact2 they(seller) have no idea why your payment wont go through. fact3 paypal only ships to verified addresses I think its either something going on with your sellers account?may be there are in financial trouble,no one likes to admit to that but something could be wrong?(I hope this is not the case) Another thing that comes to mind computer errors,software problems ,who knows nowadays... Just trying to brain storm but ,im too new to really help any further than that? I'm always willing to try to help,but just like when i started i had bank transfer error and found out hard way that once it starts it cannot be stopped by paypal,I found this a little disturbing,The Paypal ADmin.should be able to resolve things like your problem and my recent one in a better fashion.
