I have a paypal debit card and I need to buy something (with cash) but I can't find a way to withdraw cash from my account! There's no way I can wait the ridiculous 2-3 days or anything like that, I need the money today before christmas. I tried CoinStar but I couldn't find the "withdraw" option for the life of me, it only let me add money, even though I read a guide saying you could withdraw! Could I take the money out using the Paypal Mastercard? What bank do I go to to do that? It's $700 I have in the account, and I need the cash. Please Help! Thank you.
