With the thorough and detailed documentation of my case, I really don't see how any seller can win a decision..... I had no idea it was such a kangaroo court. You have to affimatively look away from the facts here to arrive at that decision. My main problem is that I wasted my time in making the case and providing the proof. I understand a corporation placing a very low value on truth and fairness, but to present the whole dog and pony show of "careful condideration of the evidence" through a resolution center....blah blah blah is complete garbage. I called and kept asking how it was possible to find in favor of the buyer when presented with the proof...... silence.... they could make no response. They kept trying to frame it in "he said she said" and I continually shut that down. As a buyer, your purchase is as liquid as cash...... just call or file with paypal and say whatever. It's all good bro .... beer money, rent, utilities, a different jacket, a new pair of pants, some nose blow, ...whatever..... send me my cash from that deceptive seller whose 11 tape measured photographs lied .....and say the tape measure was deceptive.... and the company's size chart was misleading.... 1027 positives 0 neutral 0 negatives.
