Hello, @Patty171a7. I'm sorry to hear you've had difficulty transferring money from your PayPal account to a bank checking account. I hope the following information is helpful.
If you have initiated a transfer to a bank account or eligible card (https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/faq1189), and the status says Completed, that means PayPal has done everything needed to move the money out of our System and into the financial system so it can reach your bank and they can add a credit to your checking account.
I'm sorry for any misunderstanding, but transfers are not automatic. However, it's very easy to initiate a transfer once you are logged on to your PayPal account. Once a transfer shows a status of Completed, it can take some time for money to reach your bank. Please check out https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/faq538 for more information on that.
I'm also sorry you've had any difficulty contacting Customer Service. If you have used the Contact page on the website when you're logged on to your account, you may need to work through/click on the links/prompts the bot offers to reach a person.
