Hi my name is Zain ul abideen and i am from Pakistan. Yes i know that i shouldn't have PayPal account as i am from Pakistan cause PayPal is not available in Pakistan. But have a heart and for a guy waiting for PayPal to arrive in my country since 2011 only to receive earning for my affiliate programs is a bit harsh. So the problem is well i got my account limited because of a a payment that i got from my affiliate network of web hosting. My account got limited and of course i can't prove my identity. My question is can i have my money back? Or is it stuck for lite?
